Update October 4, 2019: We just received good news from our manufacturer, and if all goes as planned the Hydrate Facial Serum should be back in stock (both 1oz and 4oz size) within the next couple of weeks. We cannot give an exact launch date until it is safe and sound in our fulfillment center, but we are optimistic that it will be very soon. Update August 20, 2019: We truly still do not have a confirmed date to launch the new formula. Things are moving forward, but given the unanticipated issues we've had in the past we do not want to make any promises about dates. Ever since I started Jordan Samuel Skin, my number one goal has always been to bring you the highest quality products that allow you to become the creative director of your skincare routine. As we grow, and work towards launching in the European Union, we have been working behind the scenes to review our formulas and make them better than ever. This has become a much larger undertaking than we ever believed it would be, but we have been so pleased with the results. We did not make changes to everything (we think the After Show Treatment Cleanser is pretty good as is!), but the updated products—Retinol Treatment Oil, Hydrate the Mist, The Performance Cream, and The Matinee Gel Cleanser (updated version coming soon!)—wear better and perform better than their original versions to help you achieve the JSS glow!
Our Hydrate Facial Serum has proved to be the trickiest to update and bring to market. We are determined to make Hydrate the best it can be, while remaining suitable for most skin conditions (especially sensitive skins), and in line with all EU regulations so that we can launch it there as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this has taken much more time than originally thought. And, because we will never compromise quality, it looks like it’ll take a good while longer for the Hydrate Serum to make its return. We wish we could give you a date, but right now we truly do not know what a realistic timeline will be. When it does return you can be sure it will be better than ever and we will welcome it with much fanfare.
In the meantime, you will be able to continue choreographing your own unique skincare routine with our comprehensive line of cleansers, a hydrating mist, a peptide-rich moisturizer, beautiful facial oils, and a collection inspired by my Italian heritage. We are also continuing to develop new products, and will keep our Jordan Samuel Skin muses (you!) updated along the way.
