What are the shipping costs for domestic orders?


For domestic orders over $35, standard shipping is free. For domestic orders under $35, standard shipping is $4.50. Customers also have the option of paying for expedited shipping at checkout. **Please note that depending on your location, FedEx and other expedited carriers may not make deliveries on Saturday and/or Sunday.**


Do you accept international orders? If so what is the cost of shipment and how long does it take?

JSS now ships worldwide!

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Algeria, Argentina, Chile, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Vietnam at this time. Country availability is subject to change based on carrier restrictions.

Shipping costs will be shown in the shipping location’s local currency at checkout.

For most international shipping locations, you may choose to prepay customs, duties, and taxes, to be determined at checkout. If you prepay, no additional fees will be due upon delivery. If you cannot prepay, or choose not to, you must pay any customs, duties, and taxes upon delivery.

International orders will be shipped via DHL Express. Orders will typically arrive within 3-10 days of dispatch from our fulfillment center.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Iowa. Domestic orders placed on non-holiday weekdays by 2:30pm Eastern typically ship the same day.  Orders placed after that time typically ship the following business day.  International orders may take an additional day to process. During peak times, such as sales events or the holidays, orders may take additional time to fulfill and ship. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

How long does shipment take?

Domestic orders via jordansamuelskin.com are shipped via USPS. On average, orders take 3-7 days once dispatched. For an additional cost you can also choose USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Overnight for faster delivery.

My tracking link/number doesn't work, where can I track my package?

We primarily use USPS for shipments, so you can try cutting and pasting the tracking number into their site. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking results to show. You may also contact customer service at customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com.

Do you send samples with orders?

Unfortunately, due to the production costs and minimums required for sample sizes we will not always have samples available.

How should I introduce Jordan Samuel Skin products into my routine?

We strongly, strongly recommend introducing our products (and any skin care products) one at a time so that you can tell whether that particular product works for your skin.  If you start several new products at once, you will not be able to tell what is working and what is not. Jordan talks more about adding products to your routine this in this video.

How quickly should these products be used once opened?

To make sure you get the most from your Jordan Samuel Skin products we recommend that you use them within 12 months after opening.

Do your products have fragrance or essential oils?

Our products are mainly fragrance-free, without using any synthetic fragrance or even essential oils. The After Show Treatment Cleanser, After Show Body Cleanser and the Olio per il Corpo are the only scented products, and that is through the use of aromatic plant extracts.

Are your products ever tested on animals?

We do not test our products on animals, and are Leaping Bunny approved.

Where can I buy your products?

Please see our Where to Find Us page for a list of authorized retailers. There are no other authorized retailers besides those listed and we cannot guarantee any products purchased anywhere else.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipped to Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington state will be charged sales tax based on their location. All other states and eligible counties are not charged tax by Jordan Samuel Skin.

What's your return policy?

Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchangedItems missing their original shrink-wrap or foil seal cannot be returned.  If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know.

Jordan Samuel Skin will accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original condition with shrink-wrap and/or foil seal within 30 days from delivery date. Shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Please notify customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com to process an unopened return.

Damage/defects and losses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please save your package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Jordan Samuel Skin will make every effort so that you are happy with your purchase.

Jordan Samuel Skin products purchased through any other retail or online location cannot be returned through jordansamuelskin.com.

I got the wrong items/there was a problem with my order. What should I do?

Please contact us ASAP at customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com so we can make your order right! PLEASE NOTE: Due to most of the ingredients being truly natural you may notice a slight variation in each batch of product (e.g., color, scent, texture, viscosity).
