What are the shipping costs for domestic orders? For domestic orders over $50, standard shipping is free.  For domestic orders under $50, standard shipping is $4.50.  Customers also have the option of paying for expedited shipping at checkout.

My tracking link/number doesn't work, where can I track my package? Recently we have switched over to using FedEx Smart post and the USPS. Currently most systems don't recognize FedEx Smart post numbers. You can copy and paste your number via FedEx.com OR usps.com

How long will it take for my order to ship? Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm Eastern Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm Eastern Time or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. During certain peak times orders may take 1-2 days to process and ship out. Orders are packaged and dispatched from our fulfillment center in North Carolina. 

How long does shipment take?  Domestic orders via JordanSamuelSkin.com are shipped via FedEx smart post or USPS. On average, orders take 5-9 days once dispatched. For an additional cost you can also choose USPS priority mail at checkout which takes between 2-3 days for delivery. 

Do you accept international orders? If so what is the cost of shipment and how long does it take? We currently are only able to ship to a few select international locations and offer the most competitive international shipping charges of $15-$25 USD. These shipping charges do not include any type of duties or customs. Those are 100% the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery. Orders are shipped via the postal service and take between 2-4 weeks depending on customs and your local post office. PLEASE NOTE: Since no dates are guaranteed your order may take a bit longer than 4 weeks--this time frame is unfortunately out of our control.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?  Yes, if your country requires Customs payment on incoming items, that will be 100% the responsibility of you the buyer.

Do you send samples with orders? We currently have mini packets of The Matinee Gel Cleanser, Hydrate Facial Serum, and The Performance Cream available for purchase.  You may also select one free mini packet for each $20 spent, up to three samples per order. 

How quickly should these products be used once opened? To make sure you get the most from your Jordan Samuel Skin products please use between 6-9 months once opened.  

I got the wrong items/there was a problem with my order what should I do? Please contact us ASAP at customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com so we can make your order right! PLEASE NOTE: Due to most of the ingredients being truly natural you may notice a slight variation in each batch of product (e.g., color, scent, texture, viscosity).

Will you eventually have more products? Yes! While my line will never be filled with unnecessary band-aid products, I will be launching new products every year.

Do your products have fragrance or essential oils? Our products are mainly unscented, without using any synthetic fragrance or even essential oils. The After Show Treatment Cleanser is the only scented product, and that is through the use of aromatic plant extracts.

Are your products ever tested on animals? NO! Our products have never been and will never be tested on animals. From the raw ingredients used by our labs to the finished product, nothing is tested on animals.  

Are your products vegan? Yes! All products currently in our line are vegan.

What's your return policy? JordanSamuelSkin.com will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days from delivery date. Shipping costs on either end are not refunded. Any sale items are final sale.

Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know.

Damage/defects and losses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please save your package and contact us immediately. Jordan Samuel Skin will make every effort that you are happy with your purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to send back the damaged or defective product to receive a refund. Shipping charges of the incoming damaged item will be reimbursed once received. PLEASE NOTE: For damaged items they must be reported to customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Jordan Samuel Skin products purchased through any other retail or online location can not be returned through JordanSamuelSkin.com.

Where can I buy your products? Jordan Samuel Skin is a direct-to-consumer brand so you can only find my products through this website. Being direct-to-consumer, I can have high-quality products at a fraction of the cost of retail. With this being said, Jordan Samuel Skin does not guarantee any product purchased through a third party, traded online or purchased via an auction site like eBay.

Do you charge sales tax? Orders shipped to Washington state, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina will be charged sales tax based on their location.  All other states and eligible counties are not charged tax by Jordan Samuel Skin.
