Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Iowa. Orders placed on non-holiday weekdays by 2:30pm Eastern will ship the same day.  Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.  During peak times, orders may take 1 to 2 days to ship.



Any customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are 100% the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt and are not included in the shipping costs.

Refund policy

Jordan Samuel Skin will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days from delivery date. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please notify customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com to process an unopened return.



Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know.



Damage/defects and losses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please save your package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Jordan Samuel Skin will make every effort so that you are happy with your purchase.



Jordan Samuel Skin products purchased through any other retail or online location can not be returned through jordansamuelskin.com.
