Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Iowa. Domestic orders placed on non-holiday weekdays by 2:30pm Eastern typically ship the same day, while orders placed after that time typically ship the following business day. International orders may take an additional day to process.  During peak times, such as sales events and the holidays, orders may take additional time to be fulfilled and shipped.

Please note that depending on your location, FedEx and other expedited carriers may not deliver on Saturday and/or Sunday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will be shipped via DHL Express. Orders will typically arrive within 3-10 days of dispatch from our fulfillment center. Please see our FAQ page for information about pricing.

For most international shipping locations, you may choose to prepay customs, duties, and taxes, to be determined at checkout. If you prepay, no additional fees will be due upon delivery. If you cannot prepay, or choose not to, you must pay any customs, duties, and taxes due upon delivery.

We currently cannot ship to Algeria, Argentina, Chile, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Vietnam. Country availability is subject to change based on carrier restrictions.

International orders are facilitated by Global-e and are subject to Global-e’s Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. Global-e acts as the merchant of record and collects and processes payment for such orders. Please review Global-e’s Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy before placing an order with Global-e.

Refund policy

Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items missing their original shrink-wrap or foil seal cannot be returned.  If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know by contacting us at info@jordansamuelskin.com.

Jordan Samuel Skin will accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original condition with shrink-wrap and/or foil seal within 30 days from delivery date. Shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    Damage/defects and losses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please save your package and contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Jordan Samuel Skin will make every effort so that you are happy with your purchase.

    Jordan Samuel Skin products purchased through any other retail or online location cannot be returned through jordansamuelskin.com.
