Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Iowa. Orders placed on non-holiday weekdays by 2:30pm Eastern will ship the same day.  Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.  During peak times, such as the holidays, orders may take 1 to 2 business days to ship.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (other than Canada): Any customs fees, duties, and taxes due to the shipping country are 100% the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt and are not included in the shipping costs.


CANADA ORDERS: Customs fees, duties and taxes are included in the shipping costs.

Refund policy


Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know.


Jordan Samuel Skin will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days from delivery date. Shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Please notify customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com to process an unopened return.


Damage/defects and losses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please save your package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Jordan Samuel Skin will make every effort so that you are happy with your purchase.


Jordan Samuel Skin products purchased through any other retail or online location can not be returned through jordansamuelskin.com.
