Shipping policy

Orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Iowa. Orders placed on non-holiday weekdays by 2:30pm Eastern will ship the same day.  Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.  During peak times, such as the holidays (see additional info below), orders may take 1 to 2 business days to ship.

Shipping/carrier delays are ongoing and predicted to last—and get worse—though the holiday season.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.  We encourage you to shop as early as possible for the best chance to receive your order in time for the holidays. For later or last-minute shoppers, our e-giftcards are delivered instantly via email.

Please note that depending on your location, FedEx and other expedited carriers may not deliver on Saturday and/or Sunday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Due to ongoing delays and problems with international shipping, we have made the decision to only ship to these countries for the time being. We will continue to evaluate international shipping options, and hope to eventually be able to provide better service for our international customers. Most of our products are available at Cult Beauty (, who do ship worldwide. Please consult their website for more information.

CANADA: Customs fees, duties and taxes are included in the shipping costs.

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND: Customs fees, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs, and are solely the responsibility of the customer receiving the shipment. Please consult your local regulations regarding any fees that may be assessed upon delivery.

Refund policy

Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items missing their original shrink-wrap or foil seal cannot be returned.  If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know by contacting us at

Jordan Samuel Skin will accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original condition with shrink-wrap and/or foil seal within 30 days from delivery date. Shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damage/defects and losses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please save your package and contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Jordan Samuel Skin will make every effort so that you are happy with your purchase.
